Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions Agreeing to participate in lessons with Ana Mendoza Dance Academy LLC (AMDA) and North County Dance Center (NCDC) means you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you have questions or concerns regarding any part of these conditions please contact us prior to participating. 1.0 ENROLMENT & TUITION 1.1 ENROLMENT ● I understand that all new dancers must be enrolled via the AMDA and NCDC parent portal before they participate in any classes at AMDA and NCDC. ● I understand that current AMDA and NCDC dancers will automatically be enrolled for the following calendar year. ● I understand that my dancer is enrolled for the full calendar year (August to June) up to and including the end of year concert. ● I understand that if I would like to change my dancer’s class throughout the year, written approval must be sought from the studio director. ● I understand changes to my dancer’s class will be approved based on class availability. I understand there are limited places in the programs and a spot has been reserved for my dancer, therefore I commit to the selected program for a minimum of 3 months (ie. 1 full term). ● I understand that if my child wishes to cease classes during a term, I am still required to pay all tuition relating to and owing for that term. ● I understand that by joining mid-year, tuition is calculated on a pro-rata basis and I may be responsible for additional concert and costume costs and registration fee. ● I understand that class placement is at the discretion of the studio principal. If notified, I understand that my dancer may be requested to join a different class dependent on their age and ability. 1.2 PAYMENT OF TUITION ● I understand that the AMDA and NCDC registration fee is due once a year. ● I understand the annual dance tuition is distributed over 11 months - August to June. AMDA and NCDC Terms and Conditions ● I understand that the annual dance tuition is all-inclusive and is payable on a monthly basis on the 1st of every month. ● I understand that the monthly tuition is to be paid in advance or late payment will automatically apply. ● I understand that if I cannot make a payment, I am required to make immediate contact with AMDA and NCDC. ● I understand that payment plans are available in fortnightly and weekly installments. ● I understand that all paid tuition is non-refundable ● I understand that all payments, including payment plans, must be paid by the last day of each month.
